Given the Mozambican situation, this plan was structured based on a sustainable economic and environmental perspective, in order to meet the housing, unemployment and malnutrition needs of the population. Accordingly, the aim is for the villages to accommodate around 1500 single-family homes, with services, public facilities and two agro-industry units, promoting agriculture as a source of income, social cohesion and sustainability of resources, and which can be replicated throughout the territory in response to specific needs.
