With its contemporary language, the Miranda do Corvo House of the Arts is clearly demarcated against a landscape delineated by the Serra da Lousã mountains. Its inclined planes reflect the mountainous surroundings and its scarlet colour is emphasized in a landscaped environment. This building therefore seeks to reconcile two realities – the rural and the urban – offering versatile spaces, where people meet and Art and Culture happen.
