Villa Rosa Residence, in Santarém, combines a wide range of functions such as: a residence for the elderly, a nursery and a primary school, a residential complex, a shopping centre and a health club. Its architecture consists of a foundation on which three buildings are built, with language that differentiates each of their uses. The complex enjoys a privileged view over the valley and its surroundings and is equipped with leisure areas and retains a unique urban experience.
